Before the shoot, you receive clear preparation guidance, including grooming and wardrobe tips, so you arrive feeling ready. On the day, Ted directs posture, angles, hands, and expression in a straightforward way. Small adjustments make a big difference, especially with shoulders, jawline, and the way you hold tension.

Sessions are usually photographed at home, in a hotel, or on location. You do not need a perfect space. With the right lighting and direction, a simple room can produce striking images.

Your Signature Session can be styled as a full editorial shoot, designed to create images that look like they belong in a fitness magazine, a lookbook, or a modern menswear feature. The goal is not to turn you into someone else. It is to capture you at your best, with strong, flattering photos that still feel like you.

We focus on the details that matter most on camera, including posture, shoulders, jawline, and expression. Your set can be clean and classic, modern and bold, or more physique-focused, including fitness, underwear, or swimwear if you want that in the mix.
